Vliv ceny zemního plynu, elektrické energie a emisních povolenek CO2 na možnost provozu paroplynové elektrárny

Abstract

Práce obsahuje popis procesu obchodování s elektřinou v ČR v návaznosti na možné nasazování paroplynové elektrárny do provozu podle vývoje cen elektřiny, zemního plynu a povolenek CO2. V úvodní části je popsán princip výroby elektřiny v paroplynové elektrárně, s důrazem na nejdůležitější části technologie. Další část se věnuje rozboru cen elektřiny, zemního plynu a povolenek CO2 v letech 2010 – 2014 a vysvětluje způsob obchodování s těmito komoditami. Poslední kapitola řeší otázku, kdy a za jakých podmínek je provoz paroplynové elektrárny rentabilní.

The thesis contains the trading process description with electricity in the Czech Republic with relation to combined cycle power plant operation and with relation to progress of the electricity, natural gas and CO2 emission permit prices. In the first part is described the electricity generation in combined cycle power plant with focus on main technologies. The next part is addressed to the electricity, natural gas and CO2 emission permit price analysis between the years 2010 and 2014. And also explains the trading with these commodities. Last part solves the question when and in which conditions are profitable for combined cycle power plant operation.
