Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of employee recruitment and selection and to make the analysis of this process in a chosen company. Based on the results which emerged from this analysis, suggestions of changes to improve this system are discussed. The methods used in this analysis are the structured interview with the company´s personnel officer and the questionnaire survey among the employees. The sources of the theoretical portion are listed at the end of the thesis.
