Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house for a family of four and solves the sanitary installations in it. Solves hot water. Solar energy will be used as the main source. This work solves the calculation of solar panel performance and their usable profits. In times of unfavorable conditions, a gas condensing boiler will serve as a bivalent source.
