Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the control system design of reinforcing steel cooling system and creating visualization for this technology in the medium and fine section mill in Liberty Ostrava a.s.
The content of this work is an analysis of the current solution of cooling and creation of the PLC program to control this system. Because at the time this work was being created, it was not possible to apply the solution to the operation of the rolling mill, testing and debugging is performed in demonstration mode. The control algorithm is therefore created in the TIA Portal application from Siemens and the visualization is created in the InTouch application from Wonderware.
