Zpracování strategické analýzy vybraného podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se týká zpracování strategické analýzy podniku Siemens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Frenštát. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti strategického řízení a strategické analýzy. Jsou zde uvedeny vybrané metody strategické analýzy, tj. SWOT analýza a metody vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Dále je zde vysvětlena metoda štíhlé výroby Value Stream Mapping. V druhé, praktické části diplomové práce je charakterizován podnik Siemens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Frenštát a jsou na něm aplikovány metody strategické analýzy, které jsou popsány v teoretické části. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.

The diploma thesis is focused on the processing strategic analysis of a Siemens, s.r.o., branch Electric Motors Frenštát. In the theoretical section, due explanation of the basic concepts relating to strategic management and analysis are provided. Also, selected methods of strategic analysis are introduced, such as SWOT analysis, as well as external and internal methods. Following which, definition of the method of lean business is provided through Value Stream Mapping. In the application section, due emphasis is placed on the characteristics of Siemens, s.r.o., branch, Electric Motors Frenštát, as well as processing strategic analysis of the company, through the methods highlighted in the theoretical section. Suggestions and recommendations are included in this section.
