Abstract
The work describes performance as a concept, individual perspectives on employee performance management, aspects that influence it, and the methods by which they are examined (analyzed).
To determine the current management of staff performance, it is necessary to find out what aspects (factors) are currently being used and what effect they have. The industrial enterprise VÍTKOVICE ENVI, a.s., which has a smaller number of employees and the industrial enterprise MASSAG, a.s., with a larger number of employees in which the research (analysis) will be carried out, was chosen for this finding. Based on the information (data), an evaluation will be carried out to determine how factors affecting the performance of employees in selected enterprises are used with a subsequent comparison between selected enterprises.
The aim of this work is to find out what influence the use of currently used factors has on the management of the performance of employees of two selected industrial companies, or how these factors could be improved, changed or replaced, and last but not least, the comparison of the industrial enterprises in question by their approaches and the factors used control the performance of their staff. Proposals and recommendations will be issued to make the most effective use of the factors.
The analysis carried out in the above-mentioned industrial enterprises found that, according to their employees, none of them was most likely to use the factors influencing their management, leading to the fact that the majority of workers allowed the possibility of changing jobs. If businesses do not take this into account, and do not reconsider their approaches and the use of factors, in the future there may be a consequence of leaving experienced workers, which would undoubtedly affect business results and objectives.
