Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the electrical design of assembly line and innovative ways for its implementation from the installation and economical point of view. At the beginning customer Hella Autotechnik s.r.o. is introduced and questions concerning the requirements for electroinstallation according to the investor’s needs are discussed. The first part focuses on the theoretical analysis of electrical design, the second part discusses the practical solution. The thesis deals with calculation of the necessary parameters of connected points and dimensioning of wiring. Furthermore, this thesis is focused on external influences and requirements for selection and construction of electrical equipment. It deals with the selection of suitable switchgear and its equipment. Another parts of this thesis deals with usage of wiring system gesis, designed by WIELAND company. Design of grounding and protective bonding is also included. This thesis is closed by investment and operating breakdown of the current project for realization in 2012.
