Vliv povětrnostních podmínek na viditelnost světelných výstražných zařízení záchranných složek IZS

Abstract

The thesis deals with the influence of reduced range of visibility on the visibility of the special warning devices (beacons/light bars) used by Integrated Rescue Service. The experimental research compares a decrease of light intensity of blue and red design in a different climatic conditions. Describest the characteristics of fog, rain and snow, decreases of visible light on atmospheric particles, structure of the human eye anatomy and the color perception. The work also provides a brief overview of the legislatives and regulations that deals with the beacons and light bars usage.
