The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the partial project documentation for the construction of the detached house in Albrechtice in Český Těšín according to the assignment of the thesis. The materials for the elaboration of this thesis were an architectural study (Studio work I) and documentation for building permit (Studio work Va). The house is designed for a family of three members with a home gym.The land where the building is located it is divided in the middle, on the right side can build although on the left side cannot build. Therefore the building on the land is located and oriented so that in the garden was a private space.
