Webová prezentace 3D modelů vybraných expozičních areálů Slezského zemského muzea

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to publish interactive 3D models of expositions from two selected exhibition premises managed by the Silesian Museum on the website of this museum. Specifically, it is the Hlučín-Darkovičky CS Fortification Complex and the World War II Memorial in Hrabyně. Publication of these models on the museum´s website allow visitors to get a detailed overview of the museum´s premises before visiting them. RGB photographs of expositions were taken by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and, detailed 3D point clouds representing 3D models of expositions were derived from them via UAV photogrammetry techniques. 3D point clouds were then published on the museum's website using open source tools Potree and Leaflet in the form of a web map application with individual 3D models.
