Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of emergency lighting. The aim of the work is to approach the normative and legislative requirements and requirements for emergency lighting systems. The introductory part deals with the division of emergency lighting and the basic conditions for the designing of an emergency lighting system according to applicable standards. Next, the work deals with the technical requirements for luminaires, especially power supplies, light sources and their construction. Finally, common errors or shortcomings appearing in practice, during the design and subsequent installation of emergency lighting are listed.
