Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is analysis of Quality Management System (QMS) in Sklolamináty company. It is aimed at identification of weak parts of current QMS in this company regarding to ISO 9001 standard. First part of thesis is focused on theoretical background. It deals with quality management system in general, its genesis, development and design. Demands of ISO 9001 standard in Quality Management Sytem are also described in theoretical part. After theoretical breakdown is accomplished analysis of Skolamináty company regarding to ISO standard.There are idetified weak parts and there is suggested the timetable, which should bring improvement. Some actions, which will be practicaly realised, are chosen.
