Abstract

The purpose of this Bachelor work was to collect recommendations for the company, which operates on the internet application market. There are applications, which are used mainly for improving web presentations, sale support or for upgrading communication in and outside of the company. The references were completed on a competition analysis, which was effected by the "Mystery Shopping". The data was obtained by request, which is located on the largest Czech internet demand portal. The analysis of the strategic categories and the following recommendation were completed with the dispatched offers. The company, which this analysis was completed for, is situated at the end of incubational program. This incubational program is supported by the European Union and South Moravian region. After September 2010, the company will have to discontinue using all the program benefits. This completed analysis of competition and recommendations can be very beneficial for this company.
