Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of costs development associated with waste collection in the Statutory town of Most, including their classification, recovery and disposal. The mentioned ways and means of waste management incur costs that the town clearly reflects in planning of the annual budget. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the valid legislation, geographical description of Most and characteristic of the company responsible for waste collection in Most which is the Technical Services of the Most Town, Inc. The practical part analyzes the costs associated with waste collection in the period 2009 - 2011 in Most, assessing the impact of changes in the applicable legislation on waste collection.
