Vyhodnocení tepelně technických a energetických vlastností věžového domu VOS před a po provedení zateplení, vč. cen a nákladů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tepelně technickému a energetickému posouzení panelového domu VOS před a po provedení vnějšího tepelně izolačního kompozitního systému. Kromě zateplení byly navrženy další stavební úpravy, např. výměna výplní otvorů, klempířských a zámečnických prvků. Dále textová část obsahuje technickou zprávu a rozpočet plánovaných stavebních úprav. Výkresová část obsahuje celkem 24 výkresů, mezi které patří situace stavby, půdorysy stávajících a nově navržených podlaží, řezy objektem před a po provedení stavebních úprav, stávající a nově navržené pohledy na objekt a detaily vybraných konstrukcí. Cílem realizace zateplení je úspora tepelné energie na vytápění, zajištění tepelné pohody v bytech a zlepšení vzhledu domu.

The thesis focuses on evaluation of thermal and energetic characteristics of concrete tower block VOS before and after placement of external thermal insulation composite system. Besides the insulation, other construction adjustments were designed, such as replacing panes, tinsmith and locksmith components. The next text section contains technical report and the budget for intended construction works. The part of technical drawings contains the total of 24 drawings, where you can find construction situation, ground plans of existing and newly designed floors, cuts through the object before and after construction modifications, existing and newly proposed views of the subject, and details of selected structures. The goal of the insulation is saving thermal energy needed for heating, ensuring thermal comfort in the apartment and improving the look of the building.
