Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the influence of cyclical factors and selected macro-prudential policy instruments on real estate prices in the Czech Republic between 2009-2016. Set up is a linear regression model that is estimated using the least squares method. The work analyzes the impact of gross domestic product, interest rates, changes in the volume of mortgage loans and LTV on property price changes.
