Projekt Těrlického okruhu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to prepare a draft motor race and find critical path. This objective will be achieved with the help of the use of project management methods. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains definitions of project management, and there is also explained the different stages of the project and the methods and techniques that are used for planning. At the thesis was used the Gantt chart as an important tool, which is used to view activities of the project, among other thing from Gantt chart can be read and identify the critical path. The practical part consist the draft of motor race plan on the Těrlický okruh, which is developed by the computer program MS Project 2010.
