Abstract
My thesis deals with the financial analysis of Severomoravské vodovody
a kanalizace Ostrava a. s. Using ratio indicators, the aim is to evaluate and assess the company condition in years 2006 – 2008. The theoretical part is focussed on basic description of the financial analysis and defining ratio indicators. In the practical part, ratio indicators within the period in view are calculated and their development evaluated. Next part summarizes the company condition and gives suggestions and measures for improvement.
