Zhodnocení plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Olomouckém kraji

Abstract

The Diploma thesis focuses on the obligation of employing people with disabilities in the Olomouc region. The theoretical part defines the concept of persons with disabilities, the obligation of employing persons with disabilities and the way to fullfill this obligation in accordance with Act No. 423/2004 Coll., The Employment Act, as amended (hereinafter the "Employment Act"). In the practical part, an analysis of the fulfillment of the compulsory share of employment of persons with disabilities by employers is carried out in the Olomouc Region in 2008-2018 through comparative research, based on the comparison with employers in the Czech Republic and in terms of the division of employers into various national economy sectors according to the main economic activities of CZ - NACE and sized categories based on the number of employees employed by the employers. Furthermore, in the practical part, hypotheses corresponding to research questions are determined and tested. The conclusion of the Diploma thesis is devoted to the evaluation of information gained from the practical part in connection to the changes in the Act on Employment and the formulated research questions.
