Zhodnocení vlivu počtu obyvatel na velikost výdajů obcí v České republice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda faktor počtu obyvatel obce ovlivňuje výdaje na obyvatele ve vybraných oblastech výdajů obcí. Výdaje obcí setříděné dle odvětvového hlediska byly rozděleny do 10 kategorií podle počtu obyvatel, aby mohla být ověřena hypotéza: „Počet obyvatel obce patří mezi faktory ovlivňující velikost výdajů obcí na obyvatele ve vybraných oblastech“. Teoretická část práce řeší obce, jejich hospodaření, rozpočtovou skladbu, příjmy a výdaje obcí. Analytická část práce se zabývá analýzou výdajů dle odvětvového hlediska v roce 2018, u kterých je následně provedena korelace s počtem obyvatel, aby byla mezi nimi zjištěna vzájemná závislost. V praktické části je provedeno zhodnocení vlivu počtu obyvatel na vybrané výdaje obcí.

The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the factor of the population of the municipality affects the expenditures per capita in selected areas of municipal expenditures. Expenditures of municipalities sorted by branch were divided into 10 categories according to the number of inhabitants in order to verify the hypothesis: “The population of the municipality is one of the factors influencing the size of municipal expenditures per capita in selected areas”. The theoretical part deals with municipalities, their management, budget structure, incomes and expenditures of municipalities. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of expenditures according to the sectoral point of view in 2018, which is subsequently correlated with the number of inhabitants in order to establish the interdependence between them. In the practical part there is an evaluation of the influence of the population on selected expenditures of municipalities.
