Analýza využití opuštěné zóny pro podnikání

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals primarily with the characteristics of the previously abandoned zone of the former Dukla Mine in Havířov (district of Karviná), which is registered as Dukla Industrial Park by the Agency for Regional Development. In the following part, the possible starting points of the solution are described, in particular the possibilities of financing, the institutions supporting the revitalization and the procedure of the solution. The main task of the thesis is to create a detailed analysis of the abandoned zone of the former Dukla mine, which will be summarized by SWOT analysis and analysis of the business environment. The partial objective is to discuss and design a possible use of the business zone.
