Činnost a hospodaření příspěvkové organizace poskytující sociální služby

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the activities and financial management of the allowance organization providing social services. As the selected allowance organization was chosen The Domov Větrný mlýn Skalička, which provides residential social services for people with disabilities. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to evaluate its activities and financial management in the years 2016-2020. The bachelor‘s thesis is divided into five chapters, which include the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with social services in relation to social policy in the Czech Republic and with allowance organizations. The practical part of the work is focused on the evaluation of the activities and financial management of the selected allowance organization in the selected five years. The results of the analysis showed that the selected allowance organization during the years 2016 to 2020 performed its activities in the appropriate quality and financial managed at a very good level.
