Abstract
The thesis analyzes the effectiveness of company BorsodChem maintenance management - MCHZ, Ltd. Its main objective is to evaluate the frequency of failures, implementation of FMEA production equipment analysis and subsequent recommendation and proposals to increase reliability improvements.
The work is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part implements analysis methods and processes for improving the maintenance system. The practical part characteristizes the company, assessments of selected machines in terms of effectiveness and proposals to increase reliability.
