Zlepšení vybraných logistických procesů v podniku

Abstract

Účelem diplomové práce „Zlepšení vybraných logistických procesů v podniku“ je prozkoumat skladování a procesy s nimi související. Díky těmto získaným poznatkům navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zlepšení současné situace. Teoretická část je věnována zejména logistice a skladování a vybraným teoretickým poznatkům k analýzám. V praktické části je popsán tok zásob, na který následně navazuje analýza střediska logistiky, a poté je detailně analyzována manipulační technika. V závěrečné části jsou navrženy způsoby, které povedou ke zlepšení skladovacích procesů a snížení nákladů s nimi souvisejícími ve společnosti XY.

The purpose of the thesis „Improvement of certain logistic processes in a company“ is to examine storing and related operations in order to propose measures which would improve the current situation. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on logistic and storing and contains selected theoretical results applicable to the analysis of the problem. The practical part contains a desctiption of the material flow, an analysis of the logistic centre and a detailed analysis of the handling equipment. In the final part of the thesis the author formulates measures which will lead to an improvement of storing operations and to a decrease of storing costs of the company XY.
