Abstract

This diploma thesis examines the possibilities for designing a control system for measuring and regulation of the existing large technological complex and the area of the sand quarry which is currently being extended. The theoretical part focuses on individual processes for the project design and the practical part describes the implementation of specific steps during project creation. In the abovementioned sand quarry belonging to the company Sklopísek Střeleč, a.s., mining takes place in the only field in Střeleč. The obtained minerals and sands belong to the most precious ones in whole Europe. The goal of the thesis is to compile the implementation documentation for electric parts and MaR for the technological complex of the sand quarry, where sand expedition from the new BTO reservoirs happens. The thesis presents a possible design of the P&ID scheme for the entire technology. Along with supplementing the technology, the existing connector for electric energy must be examined in terms of load resulting from the new energy input, which is supplemented with parts of the new technology. Another outcome of this thesis is the actual design of the new control system from the manufacturer Allen-Bradley. The documentation was created in the widely recognized ePlan Electric P8 system, which is the most common design system worldwide.
