Chemické srážení dešťových vod při odlehčování do řeky Odry na ÚČOV Ostrava

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to describe the procedure and method of reducing pollution in rain water pumped into the river Odra by coagulant dosing in the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Ostrava. The first part describes mechanical treatment of waste water, the sources of wastewater, its composition and conditions for wastewater discharge into receiving water. The next part deals with the principle, the control and location of the technological equipment used for the coagulant dosing. The conclusion includes the evaluation of laboratory results, statistical data as well as the evaluation of the overall environmental benefits due to a reduction in pollution in rain water pumped into the river Odra.
