Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop the construction part of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Šenov near Ostrava. It is a building with four above-ground floors. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units and a shop with storage space. Part of this thesis is a technical report, the drawing part of the project documentation of the assigned building, as well as a thermal technical assessment of the building's perimeter structures, an energy label for the building envelope and a static calculation of the structure of the staircase arm of the apartment building. The completed project documentation contains a drawing part and a technical report according to the scope of the assignment and according to decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. [1] This diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [19] and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete staircase with a drawing of the proposed reinforcement.
