Provedení bezpečnostního auditu v Symbol Technologies Czech Republic, s r.o.

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of health and safety at work in a specific company - Symbol Technologies Czech Republic, Ltd. The aim of the thesis is realization of the safety audit, i.e. identification of deficiencies in the already established safety management system and following drafting measures for compliance the requirements of OHS. The thesis is divided into four logical sections, the first part (Chapter 1) includes a description of the company, second part (Chapter 2) analyzes the legislation of the company relating to OHS. The third part (Chapter 3-4) describes the safety audit and its realization. In the last part of the thesis (Chapter 5) has been evaluated the current state of the OHS in the company based on the previous audit and has been proposed the concrete corrective measures to improve.
