Výzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is " The Research of Employees´ Satisfaction in the Selected Industry" - a survey of employees´ satisfaction based on a written questionnaire of the selected company and the creation of recommendations for its improvement.

The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical, it deals with concepts related to employees´ satisfaction, motivation, sociological research and the attention is focused to the relationships between the employees at the workplaces. In the second, practical part of the bachelor thesis there is the characteristic of the company, its history and the facts related to its foundation. A written questionnaire is used for the empirical investigation, which draws the conclusions and suggests some provisions that could contribute to the greater satisfaction of the employees.
