Abstract

This thesis deals with designing CCTV security community Ostrava - Plesna. In the first part is the assessment of the law and of the fundamental concepts for the issue. The following are the uses of CCTV systems and their place in crime prevention. The aim is for the use of analytical methods to assess the security situation in the village Plesna and identify critical areas for safety. Based on the assessment by the theoretical and practical knowledge to develop proposals to build a camera system in the village in order to fight crime. These proposals will evaluate and select the appropriate option and financial aspects of the solution.
