Analýza motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis characterizes the impact of the employment policy of selected companies from the Czech Coal Group on the work satisfaction and motivation of their employees. It describes the details and implementation of the social and employment policy of selected companies in practice. It analyzes individual motivation tools and reviews the extent, to which they affect satisfaction, engagement or performance of employees. It evaluates the current level of employment policy and specifies critical places and at the same time proposes alternatives for improvement of the situation, in particular more active engagement of employees in relation to the employer.
