Abstract

The thesis on the financial analysis of the selected company aims to assess their financial situation and to reveal weaknesses. After verifying financial situation are proposed some recommendations and measures that will improve the financial status of the company. The work will be briefly introduced the company selected J. Cihlová Ltd. engaged in road freight transport. The theoretical part will explain methods of financial analysis and practical of these methods and procedures are applied to a selected enterprise. I will focus on vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios, the pyramidal decomposition of the top indicators of return on equity and the value and bankruptcy model.
