Hospodaření obce Dolní Studénky v oblasti školství

Abstract

Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá hospodařením obce Dolní Studénky se zaměřením na oblast školství v letech 2011–2015. Bakalářská práce sestává z části teoretické a praktické. První část obsahuje především teoretická východiska o obcích a jejich hospodaření. Následně je zde nastíněno financování školství v ČR s důrazem na školství regionální. Teoretická část navazuje na část praktickou, kde je provedena analýza hospodaření obce v pětiletém období a následně dle poměrových ukazatelů zjištěna její finanční situace. Poslední část bakalářské práce hodnotí výdaje, které analyzovaná obec poskytuje na oblast školství ve sledovaném období. Jsou zde zhodnoceny výdaje neinvestiční a investiční, následuje jejich sjednocení a konfrontace s výdaji celkovými. V závěru praktické části nechybí vyjádření jednotlivých ukazatelů na 1 žáka/dítě a patřičné porovnání dle různých kritérií.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial management of the municipality Dolní Studénky with a focus on the area of education in 2011-2015. Bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The first part contains mainly the theoretical background for municipalities and their management. Subsequently, the financing of education in the Czech Republic is outlined with an emphasis on regional education. The theoretical part follows the practical part, where the analysis of the municipal economy is carried out in the five-year period and subsequently according to the ratio indicators its financial situation was established. The last part of the bachelor thesis evaluates the expenditures that the analysed village provides for the area of education in the monitored period. There are evaluated non-investment and investment expenditures, followed by their unification and confrontation with the overall expenditures. At the end of the practical part there is an indication of individual indicators per pupil / child and appropriate comparison according to different criteria.
