Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis is focussed on analysis of costumer behavior of customers of the the train carrier Regiojet. The aim of this thesis is to define proposals and recommendations on improving the quality of services for customers and more efficient work to employees of a train service company RegioJet. This thesis describes the RegioJet company characteristics and the customer behaviour theoretical resources. There are both primary and secondary data used in the research. Data collection was processed personally on the trains of the RegioJet company, using questionnaires. The 1st and 2nd phase data sorting, processing and evaluation of the questionnaires were made in SPSS IBM Statistics programme. The results of this thesis could be implemented into everyday operation to improve the quality of the RegioJet company service.
