Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce je studie využití území po šachtě Petr Bezruč, Slezská Ostrava. Práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem území zpracovaným v jedné variantě s napojením na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu. Shrnutím stávajícího stavu řešeného území jsou vymezeny cíle a požadavky na urbanistický návrh. Snahou této práce je docílit co nejefektivnějšího návrhu řešení území. Návrh využití území je záměr na vybudování polyfunkční zástavby v jádru městské části Slezská Ostrava, ve kterém budou obsaženy stavby občanské vybavenosti, kancelářské prostory, bydlení, relaxace a sportu. Navrhovaná zástavba navazuje na stávající přilehlé objekty a akceptuje jejich prostorové uspořádání a charakter. Výsledné řešení plně respektuje Územně plánovací dokumentaci města Ostravy.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the study of utilisation of the area left after Petr Bezruč's shaft, Silesian Ostrava. The thesis is concentrated on the urbanist draft of the area processed in one option connected with technical and traffical infrastructure. Goals and claims for the urbanist draft are set by the summarisation of the present state of the solved area. The effort of this thesis is to attain as effective draft of solution of the area as possible. The draft for the use of the area is the intention of building poly functional buildings in the core of the city part Silesian Ostrava, in which buildings of civic facilities, offices, housing, relaxation and sports will be built. Drafted buildings relate with the present objects and accept their arrangement and characteristics in space. End solution fully respects Area plan documentation of city of Ostrava.
