Hotel Steel

Abstract

The topics of this work is design of hotel with a restaurant in Slezská Ostrava, which is designed for newly built square. The designed building have five storeyed, two storey for accomodation, on first floor with a restaurant with a background, a conference room, room with pool table and a vestibule. At undergrounstorey is situation technological background, parking and a boutique. Everything is based on the logic function. Its operational and layout solutions adapted to the position and orientation of the compass.

The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. Final documents was preceded by an urban solution from which was come a proposed draft. First part of work deals with this issue. The second part is dedicated to the documentation for building construction according to decree 499/2006.
