Analýza personální činnosti ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

In this annotation, an analysis of personnel agenda at the textile company Schoeller Litvínov k.s. has been shown and there are also given some feasible solutions to rectify tle company´s current situation. tle first part of tle work presents tle company´s profile, its organizational structure and personnel agenda and aims. tle latter part presents review of tle company´s situation as from tle beginning of tle textile industry slump in up to present day and an adumbration of feelings ruling at tle company. In tle final part, some actions to find a solution of tle company´s crisis have been submitted and, in particular, to cut down tle long-term high staff turnover rate. It is all about necessary changes in tle company´s management, incentive plans and crisis teams aimed at suppresion of quitting of good and motivated staff.
