Využití mobilních drtících a třídících linek na semimobilních podvozcích v kamenolomech

Abstract

V předložené bakalářské práci jsem zpracoval zjištěné informace a poznatky z provozu na kamenolomech Deštno a Mrač v souvislosti s nasazením mobilních drtících a třídících linek. První kapitola vytyčuje cíle této bakalářské práce. V následující kapitole jsou ve stručném přehledu představeny geografické, geologické a hydrogeologické poměry ložisek kamenolomu Deštno a kamenolomu Mrač. V kapitole 3 jsem zpracoval současný stav dobývání, dopravy a úpravy těžené suroviny v kamenolomech Deštno a Mrač. V další, pro tuto práci stěžejní, kapitole jsou představeny typu drtičů a třídičů, následně návrh na využití mobilních drtících a třídících strojů na semimobilních a mobilních podvozcích v kamenolomu. Poslední 5. Kapitola obsahuje technické, ekonomické a ekologické aspekty navrženého řešení.

The presented bachelor thesis presents the information and findings regarding the operation of Deštno and Mrač quarries with respect to the use of mobile crushing and sor-ting lines. The first chapter sets the aims of the bachelor thesis. The following chapter briefly introduces the geographical, geological, and hydrogeological condition of the deposits in Deštno and Mračno quarries. Chapter 3 deals with the current condition of mining, trans-portation and processing of the mined material in the above mentioned quarries. Chapter 4, being the most crucial one, introduces various types of crushers and sorting lines, puts forwards the use of mobile crushers and sorting lines using semi-mobile and mobile under-carriages in a quarry. The last chapter introduces technological, economic, and ecological aspects of the proposed solution.
