Stanovení forem fosforu v povrchové vodě a sedimentu ve starém říčním korytě Slaňáky.

Abstract

The aim of the dissertation thesis was to find out the origin phosphorus in a old river channel the Slaňáky. The locality has never been monitored before. Chemical analysis of surface water was performed using absorption spectrophotometry (Pt and P-PO43-), measurement accompanying parameters (t, O2, pH, C, SS), chemical analysis of sediment using X-ray fluorescence (P, Fe, Al, Ca, Si, K, Mn, S and more) and atomic absorption spectrometry (Fe, Ca, Mn, Hg) and grain size analysis of sediment. The resulting values were compared with the relevant legislative and normative regulations. The measured values of the surface water and sediment were to evaluate in trem of natural processes taking place in the aquatic environment of the old river channel Slaňáky also. The measured values demonstrated increased total phosphorus values in the surface water in summer. The concentration of dissolved inorganic form P-PO43- was very low in ratio to total phosphorus Pt, so prevails phosphorus in particulate form. This may be related to the shallow depth of the water body, where stratification doesn‘t occur compare with deep water bodies, but there is frequent resuspension of sediments, in which phosphorus is accumulated considerably.
