Abstract
In this diploma thesis there is described creation process of distributed information system for nonprofit organization Modrý kříž. Organization works with people addicted to alcohol, addictive substances and pathological gambling. The aim of diploma thesis is to create information system and data warehouse based on the requirements employees of the organization.
