Abstract
This bachelor work is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration processes in the selected company. The main goal is to make an analysis of motivation and remuneration in the company and make a suggestion to improve these processes. In the theoretical part are explained the basic concepts that are related with motivation and remuneration and in the practical part is the chosen company described and the research, that contains of questionnaire and interview.. At the conclusion is a suggest for an improve of the motivation and remuneration processes in the company.
