Polyfunkční dům Petr Bezruč

Abstract

The target of this thesis is to create a new usage of the area of Petr Bezruc´s coal mine, the project of a multifunctional building as well as the building documentation. This should lead to understanding of urban interdependence of the architecture intention. I tried to find a kind of solution which renders the former coal mine to be a centre of Silesian Ostrava in each part of this project. In the vicinity of ex-coal mine should be formed a pleasant area which completes missing functions of the area of Hladnov. Economic, ecologic, aesthetic and building asset is also included.
