Abstract

The Bachelor thesis contains an introduction, theoretical part, analysis, evaluation and conclusion. In the theoretical part there are basic terms and methods of project management explained. In analytical part is defined environment in which the project is implemented. Practical part applies theory on specific project and there is also created application of project management software selection within it. Evaluation analysis benefits of practical part and there is outcomes recap of thesis in the conclusion.
