Financování projektu úspory energie městského úřadu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Financování projektu úspory energie městské úřadu“ je navrhnout a zhodnotit možnosti financování energetických úspor na budově městského úřadu v Hanušovicích. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Teoretická část objasňuje použité pojmy a vysvětluje pravidla hospodaření města. Praktická část nejprve analyzuje rozpočet města Hanušovice za posledních pět let, poté následují informace o projektu na snížení energetické náročnosti budovy a v závěru je navrženo několik možností financování, včetně zhodnocení vybraných variant.

The aim of the thesis " The financing of the energy saving project of the Municipal Autority " is to propose and evaluate the funding opportunities of energy savings at the Municipal Office building in Hanušovice. The work is divided into four parts. The theoretical section clarifies the used terms and explains the economic rules of Municipality management. The practical part analyzes the budget of Hanušovice Municipality for the last five years, and then follow the informations about the project for reduce the energy demands of the building and there are proposed options for funding, including evaluation of selected variants in the end.
