Revitalizace prostoru v okolí Bauhausu, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

This bachelor thesis concerns the proposal for fitting out work around former store Bauhaus in Moravska Ostrava and includes design of a new use of buildings, transfer structure and management of technical infrastructure with regard to space use, territorial plan and limits of the area under the consideration. Thesis suggested two possible territory proposals, which are in respect of town plan. Each option includes economic budget and evaluation of the variance of the two variants in the form of SWOT analysis. Currently, space is used only partially, while the buildings in solutions design are completely unused and in the meantime, infrastructure is crumbling.
