Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a safe working procedure for the disposal of car wrecks at a scrap yard, with an emphasis on minimising occupational health and safety (OHS) risks. The thesis analyses current legal requirements, identifies key risks associated with the handling and dismantling of vehicles and proposes measures to improve worker safety. The practical part of the bachelor thesis consists of a safe working procedure, which includes the individual steps of car wreck disposal in accordance with current legislation.
