Urbanisticko architektonická studie lokality B112 a B113 Ostrava Svinov

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to prepare an urbanistic-architectural study of the area in the zoning plan marked B112 and B113, located in Ostrava, Svinov district. It is an extensive undeveloped area that shares a border with the municipalities of Ostrava Svinov in its northwestern part. These two urban districts, with their growing development of houses and apartment buildings, define a large grassy area that has the potential to create a new urban fabric. The aim of the proposal is to create an attractive residential location that respects the existing limits in the area and the functional use of the area by the zoning plan, including the overall integration into the urban composition of the surroundings with the proposal of technical and transport infrastructure. The proposal is solved in variants with a detailed elaboration of the selected variant.
