Abstract
The bachelor thesis is concerned with a financial analysis of the selected company PRESMONT REAL s.r.o over the period of time from 2007 to 2011. The financial analysis was processed by the ratio analysis of rentability, liquidity and activity.
The first part of the thesis will acquaint you with the selected company and with its activities. Further, theoretical terms of financial analysis are also covered. In the second part of the thesis, calculations of individual financial indicators have been made, which are evaluated subsequently.
