Miroslav Mynarz Ph.D. This bachelor thesis deals with determination of reaction pressure values of selected safety membranes. In the first part of this thesis is the procedure and calculations necessary for the determination of reaction pressure values, then design considerations and explosion effects and subsequent protection are presented. At the end of the first part there is an overview of the safety membranes in the market with indicating some of their properties. The second part presents the result of measurement and determination of reaction pressures of safety membranes from selected materials.
