Abstract

This bachelor work deals mainly with description and proces of professional practice in GARVIS Solutions, s.r.o company. The beginning of the work itself is opened by description of mentioned company. This is followed by a list of technologies, their aspects and rationale for their selection. Follows a thorough discussion of the actual work on the application of Pollution CZ and its individual components. In this part of the work is mentioned the spectrum of operations, from reworking code from originally used platforms, and its migration, to the utilization of the latest technologies of Windows Runtime, involving Bing maps. In the final part I deal with the knowledge and experience that I have used in the course of work, and vice versa, which I missed and I had to take.
